Middle Eastern flavours are some of my all-time favourites, and I love that the humble falafel has so many different incarnations throughout the region. It’s fast food, while still being healthy and filling; and these bad boys are just as good reheated the next day as it is fresh out of the pan. Even better, they’re pretty much foolproof!
