Along with a spike in the number of people who will never need to purchase toilet paper again for the rest of their natural lives, one of the many side effects of the pandemic are the re-emergence of the Dad Shamer.
Whether it’s the withering looks in the (socially distant) school pick-up queue or the seemingly constant refrain of ‘you didn’t use enough hand sanitiser!’, the stress of living in a – hopefully – once in a lifetime event has well and truly spilled over into the parenting world.
